Anas Aremeyaw Anas promises cutting-edge journalism studio for UDS

The University For Development Studies has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Anas Aremeyaw Anas of Tiger Eye PI to enhance journalism training in the university’s journalism department.

According to a report by zaaradio.com, Anas Aremeyaw will establish a state-of-the-art journalism studio in the university for practical journalism training as part of the agreement.

The report further indicated that Tiger Eye PI will fund an annual award package consisting of GHC 5,000 and a plaque for the most promising journalism graduate for twelve years, starting this year.

To further support the growth of students, Mr. Anas will deliver periodic virtual lessons in investigative journalism to hone students’ skills in investigative journalism.

He also vowed to collaborate with colleague investigative journalists working with Aljazeera, CNN and BBC to share their expertise with students to broaden their understanding of investigative journalism.
