Nyong Guma E/A Primary School Children Forced to Study on Bare Ground

The plight of students at Nyong Guma E/A Primary School in the Karaga District has come to light, as children from lower to upper classes are left with no choice but to sit on the bare ground while studying.

Currently, only Class 5 has access to three chairs, which are in poor condition, leaving the majority of students without proper seating. Concerned community members are calling on the Member of Parliament, Hon. Mohammed Amin Anta, the former Finance Minister, to provide immediate assistance to improve the learning conditions for these children.

Furthermore, there is hope that the next District Chief Executive (DCE), appointed by the president, will work alongside the MP to address this critical issue and ensure that students have the necessary resources to succeed in their education.

The community urges swift action to prevent further hindrance to the students’ learning experience.
